The Montgomery Regional Airport is located six short miles southwest of the capital city of Montgomery. The airport covers 2,000 acres and serves 13 counties in Central Alabama. Approximately 400,000 travelers fly in and out of Montgomery Regional Airport each year, with more than a million people coming through the airport terminal. The airport is responsible for more than $1.32 billion in annual economic activity.
